Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

I ran out of toner at 5 pm - I rang these people - the replacement was on my door step 8 am the following morning - cant say better than that

Came ultra quick just after Christmas. Well done. I've not opened it yet as waiting for the existing Brother original to run out of toner. Really keen price v. Brother branded equivalent. My first time with a non original. Ask me again in 6mths what I think of the quality. I'm hoping for the best. Can't recommend yet but everyone else seems happy.
