I cannot fault Cartridgesave. I have ordered from them numerous times over the last few years and I don't even bother to price check anymore, I just order from them. 99.9% of the time they have the cartridges or toners I need (it has only been recently that HP302xl's were out of stock but they were out of stock everywhere!) and delivery has ALWAYS been next day without fail. It is quick and easy to re-order, super easy to find new cartridges and their help line, if you every need it is also extremely efficient. I ordered the incorrect parts for a machine, didn't realise until I went to change them some 2 months later and without any quibble at all, they exchanged for the correct parts. Thank you for excellent customer service, not something you can say often about online companies.

Delivered next morning exactly as stated. Would like to see the price start to drop now that these are no longer the latest model but overall excellent.

I had some problems with the black "fake" toners with my Brother HL-4570CDW. Incidentally the color "fakes" worked fine. In anycase I had to get a genuine Brother cartridge and it worked first time. What more can I say?
