The Brother DCP-7060D is ideal for homes and small offices. This all-in-one printer is compact and has a fast print speed of 24 ppm. Downsides to the DCP-7060D are its extremely limited connectivity options (only USB), which limits its use if you need to connect multiple devices at once.
Design
The Brother DCP-7060D is a sleek and compact printer, measuring just 405w x 399d x268h mm. The DCP-7060D has an excellent 250-sheet capacity, which is plenty for a small office user. There's also an LCD display and a good range of functional buttons that enables users to navigate through the printers menus with ease.
Advantages
The Brother DCP-7060D is extremely space efficient, as it does the job of three machines (printer, copier & scanner) all in one. The DCP-7060D has a separate drum and toner which helps you keep costs down, this is because you only replace the one that runs out rather than having to replace both as other printers do. The DCP-7060D also has duplex as standard, enabling the user to print both sides – saving you time and money!
Disadvantages
The Brother DCP-7060D only has USB connectivity and will disappoint users who demand network options such as Wi-Fi and Ethernet. The DCP-7060D has no Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), which means if you want to print/scan/or copy large documents it may be time consuming. Another area that lets the DCP-7060D down is that it doesn't accept media cards, which will be an issue for those who wish to print directly.
