The reliable and affordable Brother MFC-L2700DW is a multifunction laser printer ideal for SOHO-users. Praised for its quick print speeds, this unit also has a space-saving design. The convenient and compact Brother MFC-L2700DW mono laser all-in-one has PC-free functions and it supports mobile-printing and PC fax. Optional paper trays and connectivity options aren't available for this all-in-one.
Design
The Brother MFC-L2700DW compact mono laser all-in-one printer + Wi-Fi comes in grey and has a flatbed scanner on top along with an automatic document feeder that can handle 35 sheets at a time. The control panel has a numeric keypad, function and navigation buttons, and a small monochrome LCD display. For paper handling, the Brother MFC-L2700DW multifunction printer has a standard duplexer and a 250-sheet tray. Ethernet and Wi-Fi are standard on the unit as well as a hi-speed USB.
Advantages
The maximum print resolution of the Brother MFC-L2700DW black and white MFP is 2400 x 600 dpi and it has a maximum print and copy speed of 27ppm. Thanks to its ADF and duplexer, the Brother MFC-L2700DW all-in-one Wi-Fi and wired printer can improve productivity while cutting back on paper waste. Excellent copying features of this all-in-one include stand-alone copying, sorting function and ID copy. The Brother MFC-L2700DW printer also has a scan-to feature. The fax modem has a speed of 33.6kbps and it can transmit 1 page at approximately 2.5 seconds. Document memory back-up is also available and it can save up to 400 pages.
Disadvantages
The convenience of a USB host isn't available on the Brother MFCL2700DW laser multifunction printer. The MFC L2700DW laser printer may have impressive features but is limited to use in small offices or workgroups only, as it has a fixed memory and paper handling capacity.
