The space-saving Canon IR-3245Ne is a multifunction A3 monochrome laser printer ideal for mid-size offices. This model has high paper handling capacity and it can deliver prints and copies in seconds. What’s more, the black and white Canon ImageRUNNER IR3245Ne laser copier has standard finishing capabilities for increased uptime. Only Ethernet connectivity is offered.
Design
The Canon IR-3245Ne copier features a DADF on top of its flatbed scanner. This model also has a large touchscreen display on its control panel. The Canon IR-3245Ne MFP runs on an 800MHz processor and has a large hard disk drive of 60GB. Measuring 565 x 700 x 1125 and weighing 120kg, this multifunction unit can save space. For connectivity, an Ethernet port is available. For direct scanning to and printing from, a USB host is also available. The Canon ImageRUNNER 3245Ne mono laser printer can handle over 2,000 sheets and it offers standard staple, collate, and group finishers.
Advantages
To save resources and time, the Canon IR-3245Ne office black and white printer has an automatic duplexer, which works with the automatic document feeder. Print and copy speed of the Canon IR-3245Ne is quite fast at 45ppm. The fax machine on the ImageRUNNER 3245Ne multifunction printer has a modem speed of 33.6kbps and can transmit up to 3 seconds per page. Memory back up is offered and up to 3,700 faxes can be saved in its memory. The maximum resolution for prints and copies is 1200 x 1200dpi while for faxes is 400 x 400dpi.
Disadvantages
Although the Canon IR-3245Ne black and white A3 copier can support PC fax, it’s only TX. The Canon ImageRUNNER IR 3245Ne monochrome copier doesn’t have Wi-Fi connectivity, even as an option.
