The Epson AcuLaser C2900DN is fairly simple in design. It comes with a small LCD screen and a few function buttons; surprisingly navigation is fairly easy – making the printer ideal for novices. Despite its minimalist design, the printer is still quite large (403.5 (w) x 469.4 (d) x 416.1 (h), mm) and may not suit small offices. The printer comes with a small 250 sheet paper capacity – this can be upgraded to 500 sheets which we would recommend, especially if you have multiple devices connected to the printer.

Advantages

The Epson AcuLaser C2900DN can handle large print jobs with ease because it boasts a multitude of business friendly features such as automatic duplex printing, a 500 sheet paper capacity, and the option to upgrade print memory to 512MB – perfect for large workgroups. Disadvantages

The Epson AcuLaser C2900DN's print speed could be improved. The standard rate of 23ppm may be too slow for busy offices. However, upgrading to the larger memory size will improve spooling times as well as print.
