The HP Colour LaserJet CP1518ni is a budget-friendly compact printer that produces crisp quality documents. It features multiple media card slots for ease in data transfer. Noticeable drawbacks include slow speed, flimsy construction, and a rather underperforming paper tray that can only accommodate 150 sheets at a time.
Design
Compact and ergonomic, the HP Colour LaserJet CP1518ni is 399 mm wide, 453 mm in diameter, and 254 mm tall, and weighs 18.2 kilograms – not bad at all for a multifunction workhorse. Standard memory is 96MB, and the processor speed is 450 MHz. Monochrome print speed is 12ppm, and colour print speed is 8ppm.
Advantages
The CP1518ni's memory is expandable to 352 MB, and it comes with a 1 year limited warranty from HP. It is Energy Star Certified and boasts a typical energy consumption of 1.27 kWh per week.
