Fast, productive and well connected, the HP M254NW is the perfect printer for modern workplaces that value high productivity and great results in equal measure but aren’t looking for a printer that’s going to break the bank or take up too much space. Ideal for smaller offices or even home workers who do a large amount of printing, this product works hard to ensure you feel like you’re working less but still getting the most out of your printer. With a print speed of up to 21ppm in both colour and black and white, a 250-sheet input tray, and a first-page print speed of 10.7 seconds in monochrome, it is one of the fastest in its class. The HP Colour Laserjet Pro M254NW is a great investment for smaller offices and workspaces.

Design

The HP Colour Laserjet Pro M254NW measures roughly 392 x 385.8 x 247.5mm and weighs approximately 13.8kg. It features a simple design with an off-white finish that is subtle and unobtrusive and sure to fit in at just about any office, while the two-line graphical LCD display allows for greater clarity when using the printer’s navigation system. The printer also has a 250-sheet input tray, 100-sheet output bin and a maximum output capacity of up 100 sheets.

Advantages

There are a great many advantages to the HP Colour Laserjet Pro M254NW, including its excellent print speed and impressive duty cycle of up to 40,000 A4 pages per month. This combination of speed and duty cycle makes for a highly productive printer that is ideal for high-yield offices, while the print resolution in both colour and monochrome is 600 x 600dpi, ensuring that the results are always first-class. This printer also offers great connectivity, including mobile printing via HP ePrint, Mopria, and Apple AirPrint, as well as wireless connectivity. The printer can also be used in conjunction with HP’s Smart App.

Disadvantages

There are few disadvantages to this HP M254NW, but if you’re looking for a multifunctional printer that also offers copying, faxing and scanning capabilities you’ll have to look elsewhere.
