The HP LaserJet M4345xm mfp helps businesses maximise their workgroup productivity with its print, copy, scan to email and analogue fax functions. It supports multiple paper trays and has stapling and stacking document-finishing options, digital sending and a three-bin mailbox. It’s ideally suited for workgroups of three to 15 users in single-site operations to larger organisations with satellite offices, and for people who require shared access to a high-productivity multi-function device.
Design
The HP LaserJet M4345xm mfp has dimensions of 91.4 x 48.3 x 111cm (width x depth x height) and weighs 69.3kg. It has up to 2,100-sheet input capacity and an automatic two-sided printing accessory, and performance can be boosted with the 50-sheet automatic document feeder for unattended printing requirements. The 43 pages per minute A4 printing and copying speed as well as the first page out time of under 10 seconds mean that work can flow with ease, and optional routing software means that users can send information to a range of applications, helping to improve document workflow.
Advantages
The HP LaserJet M4345xm mfp has optional HP Digital Sending Software 4.06, which features LDAP authentication, and job storage, which helps to optimise its sending functions. The HP Jetdirect Fast Ethernet embedded print server provides high-quality networking for simple sharing.
