The HP LaserJet Pro series is a series known for its professional-quality colour, low operating costs, and its environmentally friendly operation. The CP1525n is yet another powerful printer out of the series. The multifunction printer boasts high quality colour and black and white prints and high pages per minute. This workhouse is built to be able to handle multiple print jobs while still maintaining the quality the series is known for. With its fast processor and sleek design, the HP CP1525n is a great choice for any heavy printing needs.

Design

The sleek printer would look great in any office or workspace. It's curved white front and black accents give it a sophisticated look which stands out from most of the other printers in its class. What's more, its streamlined interface and automatic feeding slot enhance efficiency and productivity. Behind the scenes, the printer has a 150 page feeding slot and a 250 page output slot. As you'd expect, maintenance is easy and when you need to replace the HP CP1525n toner, it won't take very long.

Advantages

The HP LaserJet Pro CP1525n also has many great features. According to HP, the printer can print 12 black and white pages per minute and 8 colour pages per minute. At its best settings, it can print at 600 by 600 dpi in both colour and black and white mode. The printer supports the media types of paper (bond, brochure, colour, glossy, letterhead, photo, plain, preprinted, prepunched, recycled, rough), transparencies, labels, envelopes, and card stock.

Disadvantages

Double sided printing must be done manually, which could be problematic for anyone that needs to regularly print documents out in duplex. What's more, user reviews suggest that the installation software provided can be spotty at times, making initial instillation difficult. All the issues aside, the HP LaserJet Pro CP1525n is a powerhouse printer which boasts many great features. However, if double sided printing and easy instillation are a must, the HP CP1525n may not be the best option.
