The HP LaserJet Pro M15a uses HP 44A toner cartridges. HP 44A toner comes in black; the black cartridge prints 1,000 pages.
The HP LaserJet Pro-M15a is a monochrome laser printer able to print up to A4. For a small or home-based business which has a low-volume of monochrome printing, this printer allows you to enjoy all the advantages of a laser printer without taking up excessive space. It is easy to use with a quick setup that includes a pre-installed toner cartridge. However, wireless printing is not possible, which means you cannot print directly from smart devices. Before purchasing this printer, it is important to consider all functions required. With no ability to print in colour or other office functions such as scan, copy, or fax, this printer is limited in what it can achieve.
With the dimensions of 345 x 190 x 160 mm, and a stylish white design, the HP LaserJet Pro-M15a is a sleek device. Print speed is 18 ppm, print resolution is 600 dpi, and the monthly duty cycle is 8,000 pages. The printer is monitored and manged using a control panel on the front of the device which includes an LED screen. Paper is stored in a 150-sheet input tray, and the printer can be connected using a USB interface only.
The intuitive LED control panel makes the HP LaserJet Pro M15a easy to use. Its compact size makes it easy to place and suitable for use in a home business. Setup time is fast, and with a pre-installed toner cartridge there are no delays in starting to print. The printer saves energy with its auto on/off feature.
There is no wireless connectivity on the HP LaserJet Pro-M15a, so it is not possible to print directly from smart devices. There is no capability for faxing, copying, scanning, or colour printing, which limits the usefulness of the printer. It is unsuitable for high-volume printing.
