The HP LaserJet Pro-MFP-M28a is a monochrome multifunction printer with the ability to print up to A4 size, also to copy and scan. The affordable price makes it suitable for domestic use, as well as being a useful addition for a small business or as a personal work printer, where it is small enough to sit on a desktop if required. With an easy setup and a reliable nature, this printer is ideal for anyone with a moderate number of documents to print, copy, or scan. However, as there is no wireless connectivity, it can be awkward if more than one user needs to use the printer. It has no ability to print in colour, so there will be many situations when this printer may not be an adequate option.
Design
With the dimensions of 360 x 264 x 197 mm, the HP LaserJet Pro-MFP-M28a is a compact machine which features a smart, white design. Print speed is 19 ppm, while the printer’s resolution is 600 dpi and its monthly duty cycle is 8,000 pages. Paper is stored in a 150-sheet input tray accessed from the front of the printer. The printer’s operations are managed by a simple control panel on the top of the device, and it can be connected via USB only.
Advantages
