The HP LaserJet Pro-MFP-M28w is a monochrome multifunction printer with the ability to print up to A4 size, scan, and copy. With an affordable price tag, it is suitable for domestic use where the ability to print wirelessly will enable the entire family to print from their favourite device. It will also be useful as a personal work printer or for use in a small office. The machine’s compact footprint makes it easy to find space for, but despite its small size, the printer packs a lot in with just the one machine needed for printing, scanning, and copying. For a low print volume, this printer will prove to be a reliable machine. However, it is not designed for heavy print loads and as a monochrome-only printer, it is not a suitable option as the sole printer if any colour printing is required.
Design
The HP LaserJet Pro-MFP-M28w measures just 360 x 264 x 197 mm. Its unobtrusive white design allows it to blend in well with the décor of most workplaces and homes. An input tray accessed from the front of the device stores up to 150 sheets. The printer’s resolution is 600 dpi, while print speed is 19 ppm and the monthly duty cycle is 8,000 pages. It can be connected via USB or wirelessly.
