Collaboration, cloud sharing and quality print outs are all on offer with the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn – and it’s easy to see why it’s so appealing. Its duty cycle is high, and it comes with a touchscreen control system – although it is restricted in terms of its colour range as it is a monochrome-only printer.
Design
The HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn comes with a scanner, a fax machine and a copier, and it’s a laser printer with an output capacity of 150 sheets maximum. It comes with a touchscreen control system which measures 2.7" (or 6.86 cm), while it also has a print speed range of up to 31 to 40 ppm for black and white. Its scan to email and scan to USB functions ensure that it users have a variety of connection options. Its power supply is integrated.
Advantages
One of the distinctive advantages of this device is its first page out speed, which is as quick as just over six seconds. It also offers a rear host USB port, and it has a maximum monthly duty cycle of up to 80,000 pages. It has a recommended monthly print volume of 750 to 4,000 pages.
Disadvantages
While the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn is popular with some who don’t need to print on a regular basis, it does have its downsides – and you should be aware of these issues before making a purchase.
