A small office that needs a boost in productivity can rely on the Kyocera ECOSYS M2035dn with its fast laser print engine and multifunction capabilities. Double paper feeders make it more convenient for high volume needs, while built-in security options simplify the processing of sensitive documents, but it does not print in colour and it lacks Wi-Fi.
Design
This is an 18kg machine with a boxy frame that measures 494mm wide, 448mm tall, and 430mm deep. The control panel has one-touch job function buttons along with an alphanumeric keypad, navigation keys, and a small display screen. The Kyocera M2035dn uses a 1200dpi laser print engine that runs on 512MB of RAM and powered through a 667MHz processor. The 250-sheet universal paper tray and 50-sheet multi-purpose tray serve as the standard media handling options. The output bin can handle up to 150 sheets at a time. Ethernet and high-speed USB 2.0 are them standard interfaces.
Advantages
It prints up to 35 pages per minute and copies fast. Double sided printing, scanning, and copy functions help save paper. The Kyocera ECOSYS M2035dn has a 50-sheet document processor that can scan double-sided originals, too. The paper capacity can be increased to 800 sheets. It is possible to print from or scan to a USB flash drive. The Kyocera ECOSYS M2035dn provides exceptionally minimal printing costs. SSL, private print, and IPsec are supported for secure printing.
Disadvantages
The Kyocera ECOSYS M2035dn prints only in monochrome. Changing toner cartridges can be a fiddly process. The Kyocera ECOSYS M2035dn does not have built-in Wi-Fi, and users need to spend more money if they want the optional SD card slot and a print server.
