Design
This Kyocera M5521cdw has Wi-Fi capability as standard, making it ideal for a larger, busy office. USB connections allow users to print directly from a memory stick, and scanning can be sent directly to flash drives. The unit comes with the MyPanel app so that it can be operated from a smartphone. The unit has a compact design and makes less noise when printing than comparable machines. Its dimensions are 41.7cm x 42.9cm x 49.5cm, so not a great deal of office space is needed to house it.
Advantages
The Kyocera ECOSYS M5521cdw can print up to 21 pages per minute in colour or mono, and has a print quality of 1200 dpi.
It supports mobile printing, including KYOCERA Mobile print and Mopria, and is compatible with Android and Apple devices. It is also compatible with many operating systems, including current Windows systems, UNIX, Linux and Mac OS X Version 10.8 or newer.
The copy functions offer a zoom range up to 400 per cent.
Disadvantages
