The Kyocera ECOSYS M6526cidn is ideal for users who want fuss-free and straightforward document printing. There are fax, scan, and copy functions to streamline tasks, and it is easy to operate and configure with the colour touch panel and high security features. Mobile printing is supported and duplexing is a standard, but it is expensive and bulky.
Design
This is an A4 colour multifunction printer with a 33.6kbps fax, flatbed scanner, and digital copier, which are all part of a fairly compact and rugged frame that weighs 38.7kg and measures 514mm wide, 550mm deep, and 603mm tall. It is equipped with the Kyocera Ecosys technology, which works with HyPAS and colour laser technologies, and runs on 1024MB of memory. The Kyocera ECOSYS M6526cidn is powered by a 667MHz processor. Two USB host ports are on board with a high-speed USB 2.0 port, and for networking, there is gigabit Ethernet. The control panel's centrepiece is the simplified colour touch panel. Standard paper handling is through the 250-sheet universal paper cassette, 50-sheet multi-purpose tray, 150-sheet output bin, and the 50-sheet document processor.

Disadvantages
