The Kyocera P7040cdn is an extremely productive printer that can produce documents at a fantastically high speed and at a low cost per page, compared to some rival models. The cost effectiveness is enhanced by the economical amorphous silicon drum, which has an exceptionally long life without deteriorating in quality. The P7040cdn has the flexibility to adapt to a user’s requirements, such as the ability to add further paper trays to provide a higher capacity and make longer print runs more efficient.
Design
The standard capacity of the P7040cdn is 500 sheets, but it can be fitted with up to five paper trays to offer users greater flexibility and support high capacity print runs. The Kyocera P7040cdn is equipped with a range of durable features, including a standard duplex unit to enable fast and efficient double-sided printing. Users can print direct from a USB device, saving the time and effort of transferring the documents over. The user display is exceptionally clear and easy to understand, minimising the amount of downtime caused by minor issues.
Advantages
With the Kyocera ECOSYS P7040cdn, users can print in both colour and black and white at speeds of up to 40 ppm, depending on the type of media that is being used. Printing does not always take place from a standard desktop or laptop and the Kyocera ECOSYS P7040cdn can support mobile printing using AirPrint, Kyocera Mobile Print and Mopria.
