A medium to large office that does not have enough space can consider the Kyocera FS-C2126MFP+ for its compact build and multifunction capabilities. It is praised for quiet operation and ample expandability features to meet the needs of a growing workgroup, but it can be expensive to purchase and it does not offer fax even as an option.
Design
This is a modestly sized machine that measures 580mm tall, 550mm deep, and 514mm wide. The 36.5Kg understated frame has a flatbed scanner, a busy but organised operator panel with a small display screen, a 150-sheet output bin, a 50-sheet multi-purpose tray, and a 250-sheet universal paper cassette. The device integrates a 50-sheet duplexer and connectivity options like high-speed USB 2.0, a host USB for thumb drives, slots for CompactFlash cards and an internal print server, and fast Ethernet. The Kyocera FS-C2126MFP+ runs on a 667MHz processor with 768MB of memory.
Advantages
The memory is expandable to 1792MB, and the paper capacity of the Kyocera FS-C2126MFP+ can be increased to 1,300 sheets. It can easily be shared by workgroups because of built-in networking, and it removes the need to buy additional devices because it has fax, scan, and copy functions. The Kyocera FS-C2126MFP+ is a good printer for documents and it can print fast in speeds of up to 28ppm. It is also cost-effective to operate.
Disadvantages
