Designed for small to medium workgroups, the Lexmark CX625adhe multifunction colour printer is a compact copier and printer that offers all the functions and speed needed in an office, while maintaining low printing costs and high quality. This device also supports faxing and scanning. This printer separates the image drum and toner into individual units, which allows each to be replaced separately.

Design

Built using colour laser technology, the Lexmark CX625adhe printer measures 18.2 x 17.4 x 23.9 inches, weighing in at 27.44 kg. It supports the use of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and can be connected via either USB 2.0 or Gigabit Ethernet. It offers a printing speed of up to 38 ppm for both colour and monochrome on A4 paper, with a maximum resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. The printer can handle a variety of media types, and has a maximum input capacity of 1,450 pages, although the standard input capacity is 250 pages. The scanner is a flatbed model with an ADF that supports duplexing. The recommended duty cycle for this printer is 10,000 pages per month, while the maximum monthly duty is 100,000 pages.

Advantages

The Lexmark CX625adhe toner Cartridges help in meeting environmental responsibilities by offering a free collection or return service. This allows recycling of 100% of cartridge materials. It is equipped with a 7-inch colour touch screen that allows for easy navigation of the printer's settings and options. It is also relatively quick to produce a first copy, taking as little as 8 seconds.

Disadvantages

The standard input paper tray of this printer is rather small but can be easily expanded with the addition of optional trays. The output tray is also rather small at 150 pages. This printer does not offer any finishing options, and it does not include wireless connectivity as standard.
