Developed to meet the needs of larger workgroups, the Lexmark M5270 is a robust machine that has a steel frame and can withstand life in a busy environment. Inside, there is a 1-GHz dual-core processor, along with 5GB of memory to keep print jobs running smoothly and accurately. There are Ethernet and USB ports, but no wireless connection. When a series of more complex tasks are required, this printer has an adaptable paper handling feature which allows it to manage a range of media sizes and types. As it can be positioned on a desktop, this printer is suitable for use in a small office, but it is powerful enough to be used by larger businesses.
Design
The Lexmark M5270 measures 17.4 x 16.85 x 20.1 inches and weighs in at 56.4 lb, this means it is quite a heavy unit but two people could reposition it if required. The maximum monthly duty cycle is up to 350,000 pages and the time to the first page is as little as 4 seconds, make this unit perfect in busy environments.
