A maximum 300,000-page monthly duty cycle and fast output at up to 55pmm make the Lexmark MX911de a suitable multifunction printer for a small to medium office. The large touch screen panel is easy to use, and the device itself can handle large format media types. Setbacks include the expensive price, bulky and heavy frame, and the absence of colour printing technology.
Design
This device weighs 95kg and measures 909mm tall, 697mm deep, and 615mm wide. Its connectivity options are high-speed USB 2.0 types A and B, a USB host port, and gigabit Ethernet. An internal card slot is provided. It uses a monochrome laser print engine with up to 1200dpi image quality. The Lexmark e-Task 10-inch class colour touch screen adds a tech-savvy touch to the otherwise plain and rugged look of the Lexmark MX911de. The processor speed is 800MHz and it runs on 1024Mb of RAM.
Advantages
