There is a good quality print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. You can print from a USB flash drive, and you can save documents from the printer to a flash drive. The recommended monthly print volume is up to 33,000 pages. The cartridges can produce several thousand good quality prints before they need to be replaced.

Disadvantages

One of the main disadvantages of this printer is the size. It will need a dedicated space in the office and cannot be moved around easily as it weighs 116kg. Copy and fax resolutions are both lower than the print resolution, so the output quality for these functions may be less than ideal and cause an issue for some businesses.
