Expert review of the OKI C712n printer
The Oki C712n colour LED laser printer is an excellent investment for small to mid-sized workgroups or small businesses, especially those that have an emphasis on producing creative and graphic work. However, the Oki C712n works just as well when printing in mono, and would work perfectly as a reliable and versatile workaday printer, even for a home office worker. With a print speed of 34ppm in colour and 36ppm in black and white, this is a very fast printer that also has a first page print speed of just nine seconds, making it perfect for busy, high-yield offices and other workplaces.
Design
The Oki C712n is a compact, professional-looking machine that would fit in well in any office or other workspace, but is also small enough to fit in a home office or small business. It comes in an off-white and dark grey finish, which, while it certainly won’t be turning any heads, blends in with most office décor. It has a 530-sheet input tray, and a 100-sheet multipurpose tray from which you can print to envelopes, labels and other custom sizes. The printer measures 17.12 x 21.53 x 15.31inches and weighs approximately 29kg.
Advantages
One of the Oki C712n’s main advantages is its flexibility and versatility. You can print media documents, banners and marketing material in-house, without having to compromise on professional quality printing results. Its speed makes it great for busy workplaces, especially when you’re working to tight deadlines but still need high quality prints. Disadvantages
