The Oki C822n A3 colour printer may have a small footprint but it can handle large media, including A3. Ideal for small businesses, the Oki C822n colour laser printer has low total cost of ownership and even has a range of cost and energy saving functions. This unit can deliver a maximum resolution of 1200 x 600dpi to ensure sharp texts and clear images. The Oki C822n printer has a maximum monthly duty cycle of 50,000 pages.
Design
The Oki C822n A4 and A3 colour printer runs on an 800MHz processor and has a memory of 256MB. For paper handling, it can carry up to 930 sheets with optional paper trays. The Oki C822n LED laser printer has an organised control panel with monochrome display and function / navigation keys. For connectivity, USB and Ethernet ports are on the Oki C822n. The C822n printer measures 360 x 449 x 552mm and weighs 37kg. The black Oki C822n toner cartridge has a capacity of 7,000 prints while each of the Oki C822n colour cartridges lasts for 7,300 pages.
Advantages
The compact Oki C822n A3 colour LED printer has flexible media handling and can even continuously print on banners as long as 1321mm. Aside from its flexible media handling, the Oki C822n is also praised for its reliability. Up to 20 users can access the Oki C822n via Ethernet connectivity. Print speed is pretty decent at 23ppm for A4 and 13ppm for A3 for both monochrome and colour. The Oki C822n A3 colour LED laser printer can print everything from documents to images and even barcodes that have Checksum support.
Disadvantages
The Oki C822n colour printer would be better if it had a duplexer for automatic double-sided printing. It could also use Wi-Fi connectivity. The C822n LED printer's control panel needs improving as it's not a touchscreen or even a colour display.
