Design
The Oki MB770dn fax weighs in at 105.82 pounds and measures a 20.6 inches wide by 23.8 inches deep by 26.6 inches high, so you’re not going to be moving it too often. A front panel on the Oki MB770dn fax is a nine-inch colour touchscreen display for quick checks on task status and inputs, which are made using a comprehensive push button set and full alphanumeric keypad.
Advantages
The Oki MB770dn has a monthly duty cycle of 280,000 pages, with a recommended print volume of 4,000 to 30,000 pages and is therefore capable of handling most office print demands. The main input tray handles 530 sheets allows you to fill up before a ream of 500 is used helping to aliviate those out of paper moment. Capacity can be easily upped to 3,160 sheets with the addition of optional extra trays or feeder. The Oki MB770dn fax benefits from auto duplexing as standard for double-sided printing and can go from start to first page printed in five seconds, while the integrated copier can print the first page in eight seconds. After these initial pages, the machine can achieve speeds of up to 55 pages per minute in single-sided A4 monochrome or up to 42 pages per minute in black and white double-sided A4. The machine reaches the required standards for an Energy Star energy-efficiency certification, making it a viable choice for office managers who are concerned about economy and their eco credentials. Scan and fax functions are also integrated.
Disadvantages
The Oki MB770dn fax is mono only which means that if your document includes an image you want to print in colour, the whole document will have to be printed on an alternative machine.
