Boasting speedy print jobs with high-quality, the Oki MC561 is a good all-in-one printer for small to medium-sized working environments. It can also scan, copy, and fax, and boasts time-saving features like a duplexer and automatic document feeder, plus a large media capacity. The Oki MC561's text display is not coloured and the quality of graphics and photos is average, when compared to other printers.
Design
The Oki MC561 is a bit on the bulky side. It has a flatbed scanner with the automatic document feeder supported by 2 pillars. The base is the printer plus the large paper trays. The standard media capacity is 350 sheets, expandable up to 830 sheets.
Advantages
This printer is easy to use and boasts quick print speeds – about 27 ppm for coloured prints and 31 ppm for black and white prints. It delivers crisp and sharp text documents. It has a standard duplex and a 50-sheet reversing automatic document feeder. For easy printing, there is an LCD display, 1-touch keys, a QWERTY keyboard, and alphanumeric keyboard.
Disadvantages
The Oki MC561 features a monochrome text-only LCD display. This heavy-duty office printer, like most other office printers, is notorious for sub-par photo and graphics quality.
