The Oki MC760dn Fax is a multi-function colour printer that comes at a price that most small to medium-sized businesses will find affordable. It can produce brochures and business reports to a good standard. A software bundle has a number of features to bring added efficiency to the workplace and also enables some control to be exercised over who can use the different features. Maintenance costs are a little on the high side. There is no automatic wireless connection, so if printing wirelessly or from smart devices is necessary, there will be additional installation and expense. It will suit a small to medium-sized business that needs high-quality, reliable printing to a size no larger than A4.
Design
The dimensions of the Oki MC760dnfax are 522mm x 604mm x 675mm. It connects via an Ethernet connection or a USB, with other connections optional. Ink cartridges are accessed under the scanner. Check the status or control the functions using a 23cm colour LCD touchscreen that can be angled as required. The print resolution is 1200 x 600 dpi, and the print speed is 28 ppm. An input tray holds 530 sheets. The monthly duty cycle is 100,000 pages.
Advantages
The Oki MC760dn Fax comes with bundled software, including an address book viewer to manage fax recipients. With this printer, it is possible to control which features different users can access. The quality of the print is good, and both printing and scanning are achieved at a fast speed. It is possible to save on paper with automatic double-sided printing.
Disadvantages
