Design
The Ricoh Aficio MP171SPF is 485mm x 450mm x 481mm and weighs less than 29kg. It is available in three different configurations and offers an output speed of 17 pages a minute. The versatility of the Ricoh Aficio MP 171SPF allows it to copy and scan, as well as fax a series of large documents such as brochures, booklets and oversized pages on its legal-size platen. The sheet-paper capacity is impressive at 1,350 sheets. The MP 171SPF comes with a standard paper tray and there are two optional paper trays for letter and legal-size, as well as speciality stock papers.

The MP 171SPF also incorporates security features that allow multi-level authentication, which lets the user obtain confirmation of user identity and control of access to scanning and other functions. Other benefits include printing of PDF or JPEG attachments by sending as email attachments, thanks to the Mail-to-Print feature.
