Print, scan, and copy with the Ricoh Aficio MPC400SR MFP. This multifunction copier is ideal for medium-sized offices. It can deliver high-quality output at quick speeds and offers a user-friendly control panel. The Ricoh Aficio MPC400SR multifunction colour printer is integrated with a 160 GB hard disk drive and 1.5 GB of memory. Print resolution can go as high as 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi connectivity and a fax function are not standard features for the Aficio MP C400SR colour copier.
Design
The Ricoh Aficio MPC400SR printer features a large control panel that has organised function buttons and a colour touchscreen display. For paper handling, this model has a standard capacity of 650 sheets that can be expanded to 2,300 sheets. Print speed can go as fast as 40 ppm with the first coloured page out in 15 seconds and 10 seconds for black and white. The Ricoh Aficio MPC400SR colour MFP offers USB and Ethernet interface for connectivity.

Disadvantages
The running costs are reasonable but the same cannot be said for the high initial price. The MPC400SR multifunction copier is already pricey and yet the fax kit and wireless LAN connectivity must be bought separately.
