Ricoh Aficio SP1100S Toner Cartridges

Design

This 13Kg multifunction device measures 447mm wide, 344mm tall, and 386mm deep, so it can be placed on a standard office desk. The Ricoh SP1100S laser printer runs on a USB 2.0 interface with 16MB of allotted memory for the printer. The flatbed scanner takes up the entire top area of the Ricoh Aficio SP1100S printer, and it is adjacent to the control panel with minimal buttons and a small display screen. There is an additional multi-purpose feed slot on top of the default paper cassette.

Advantages

A small workgroup can share the Ricoh Aficio SP1100S A4 multifunction printer because it has 32MB of shared memory. Print speeds are good enough for a small office, at up to 20ppm. The scanner works fast, taking less than 10 seconds to complete standard black-and-white or colour documents. The compact and lightweight build of the Ricoh SP1100S monochrome laser printer makes it easier to transport and install. The Ricoh Aficio SP1100S can use a high capacity black Ricoh SP1100S toner capable of printing up to 4,000 pages.

Disadvantages

The Ricoh Aficio SP1100S lacks a fax machine and is only compatible with Windows operating systems like Vista, XP, and 2000. The print resolution is only 600dpi, so graphics and complicated documents may lose some detail. The Aficio SP 1100S black and white printer does not have room for additional paper trays and higher memory capacity.
