The Ricoh Aficio SP3400SF all-in-one is versatile enough for a small business, a workgroup, and a home office that needs a faster and reliable multifunction device to ensure high productivity and continuous workflow. Unlike other multifunction printers, this unit is integrated with a fax machine, too, so it can serve as a comprehensive communications centre for an entire office. However, there are limitations to the Ricoh Aficio SP3400SF printer, which could affect its reliability and efficiency for the growing business.
Design
The Aficio SP 3400SF printer by Ricoh is a compact and fairly attractive machine with a matte enclosure and a sleek control panel, which follows the width of the printer's front centre face. The top part is home to the flatbed scanner and copier with a 35-sheet ADF.
