Design
Measuring 21.7 inches deep and 17.6 inches wide, the Ricoh 4420NF laser fax appears larger than it should for a fax machine, but unlike its siblings, it is an all-in-one device with additional laser printing, copying, and scanning options. Up to 200 numbers can be stored in the speed dial and 90 numbers in the quick dial function, while 350 sheets of paper can be loaded into the main paper tray.

The Ricoh Fax 4420NF mono laser can scan in colour, too, and workflow is increased while more time is saved with the 70-sheet automatic document feeder.
