The multifunctional Ricoh SP 203S printer is ideal for small but busy offices. This 3-in-1 model can print, copy and scan. It has a monthly duty cycle of 20,000 pages. What’s more, the user-friendly Ricoh SP 203S mono laser multifunction printer has a convenient, space-saving design.
Design
The Ricoh SP 203S black and white MFP has a flatbed scanner on top, paper exit in the middle, and trays at the bottom. Function buttons and indicators are on the control panel of the unit. For connectivity, a USB interface is available. The Ricoh SP 203S printer measures 402 x 360 x 249mm and weighs less than 9kg. It has a standard paper capacity of 150 sheets and also comes with a bypass tray.
Advantages
The impressive Ricoh SP 203S laser printer may be small but it offers excellent features including multiple copy and stack of 99 pages with automatic sort. Combine copy and ID card copy features are also offered. This model can deliver prints at 22ppm with the first page out in as fast as 6 seconds or less. The Ricoh SP203S black and white multifunction printer delivers sharp text documents with a maximum resolution of 1200dpi. This reliable SP203S laser printer also has decent scan speeds of 6.5ipm for 300dpi colour and 13ipm for 600dpi monochrome.
Disadvantages
Double-sided printing can be done but only with a manual duplexer. The all-in-one SP203S printer also lacks the convenience of an automatic document feeder. Accessing the Ricoh SP203S could be easier with a better control panel and the addition of Wi-Fi connectivity.
