A scanner, printer and copier in one compact device, the Ricoh SP 325SNW, is a machine packed with technology and convenience. Offering a wide range of functions using A4, A5 and A6, as well as B5 and B6 paper sizes, the machine achieves the needs of most small workplaces and home offices. Utilising the Automatic Reverse Document Feeder technology, the machine saves time for the user by feeding through multiple documents at a time for copying or scanning. Flexible and convenient, the Ricoh SP 325SNW can connect via Wi-Fi to most mobile devices for an easy and efficient mobile printing and scanning experience.
Design
Measuring 16 x 15.4 x 16 inches and weighing only 20kg, the Ricoh SP325SNW has a streamlined design, which is ideal for most office spaces. It features a standard 128MB memory with an output of a maximum of 28 pages per minute. The deep paper tray holds up to 300 sheets, with a maximum output capacity of 50 sheets. The machine has both Wi-Fi and Ethernet LAN connection capabilities, and the device is able to support Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android systems.
Advantages
With a tightly-packed design, the portability and compactness of the Ricoh SP 325SNW is one of its best features. Despite its size, the machine produces high quality printing and copying, with a maximum of 1200 x 1200 dpi quality. The simple digital display and keyboard is easy to use and straightforward. Its Wi-Fi capability another feature of this device, and the machine is able to print documents from mobile devices, as well as scanning hard-copy pages to a device.
Disadvantages
Despite its variety of features, the Ricoh SP 325SNW falls short in the memory department. Incorporating 128MB of memory, it does have less than many similar sized machines. This affects the paper output speeds, and the 28 pages per minute maximum is a downgrade from other products.
