This compact Samsung ProXpress SL-M4530ND laser printer is ideal for home use or for the small office. The print resolution is up to 1200 dpi, giving all your printing a professional finish. The simplicity of the machine makes it easy to use and it represents value for money.
Design
The Samsung ProXpress SL-M4530ND has a compact design that is ideal for replacing older and larger machines. Duplex printing is a standard feature, and printing double-sided can help to save paper and money. It comes complete with an USB port, Wi-Fi and an NFC option.
The dimensions are 43.2cm x 46cm x 36.8cm, making it small enough to fit on the end of a desk.
It includes a 550-sheet cassette, a four-line LCD display and standard memory of 512MB that can be expanded to 2GB.
Advantages
The print speed of the Samsung M4530ND is impressive, with it handling up to 47 pages per minute and reeling off the first print in 6.5 seconds. A whole range of paper types can be used.
Various versions of Linux, UNIX, Windows and Mac OS are supported, and it is compatible with Samsung Mobile Print, as well as Google Cloud Print and AirPrint.
Disadvantages
The Samsung M4530ND is only in monochrome machine, which may not be ideal for users looking for one machine to handle all their printing needs. Also, at around 20kg, it will be too heavy for some people to lift on their own.
