Reliable, compact and efficient, the Xerox VersaLink B400DN is an ideal printer for most small to medium businesses and home offices. Users will simply and quickly be able to transfer documents and images for printing due to easy connectivity to most mobile devices, cloud storage systems, high speed USB portals and Ethernet LAN. The machine is compatible with most operating systems and web browsers, and the connection process is fast and reasonable. Compact and sleek, the Xerox VersaLink B400DN, can fit into most office spaces and is perfectly shaped for office desks.
Design
Measuring a standard 18.1 x 16.8 x 13.3 and weighing just 14kg, the Xerox B400DN is designed to process sheets up to A4. The machine is packed with a 1.05GHz processor and 2GB of memory as well as a user-friendly five-inch colour touchscreen. It can print a maximum of 47 pages per minute and up to 110,000 pages monthly, with a first-page-out-time of eight seconds. The compact storage holds a maximum capacity of 700 sheets held in one tray with optional addition of three extra trays for a total capacity of 2350.
