Design
The Xerox VersaLink C400DN measures 491 x 488 x 399 mm and weighs an approximate 26 kg. It features a subtle and unobtrusive off-white and petrol blue colourway that will fit in at most modern offices, while the 5 inch colour touchscreen control panel is what makes it really stand out from the crowd. Designed to mimic the intuitive nature of smartphones or tablets, this control panel will look and feel familiar to anyone used to working with modern mobile devices, while the Simple ID function allows individual users to tailor the interface to their personal needs and preferences.
Advantages
There are a number of different advantages to this Xerox C400DN printer. The most significant of these advantages is the high level of productivity combined with great results that can all be achieved in a relatively small package and footprint. The Xerox VersaLink C400DN has a print speed of 35 ppm in both colour and black and white, a first page print speed of just 13 seconds, and a warm-up time from power save of 6 seconds. It also has a maximum print resolution of 600 x 600 x 8 dpi, and offers mobile printing from a variety of platforms, including Mopria, Android, Apple Air Print, and Google Cloud Print. Duplex printing is a major advantage, which all office printers should include but many don’t, saving untold pounds in paper costs.
