The Xerox VersaLink C500DN is part of Xerox’s VersaLink product line that they have developed with small and mid-sized offices and businesses in mind. Modern workplaces are very busy and need to be more versatile and flexible than ever, and Xerox realises that this need extends to all workplaces and workgroups, no matter the size. Therefore, this multifunction colour printer is the perfect addition to smaller offices or mid-sized businesses that may be tight on space but still need the capabilities of a hard-working, high-yield printer.
Design
This printer measures roughly 427.4 x 465.5 x 443.4mm and weighs approximately 27.6kg. With its simple design and subtle, stylish finish of white and petrol blue, it’s sure to fit in with almost any office décor, whether traditional or more modern. There is a 5-inch colour touchscreen display and control panel that looks and works much like a smartphone or tablet and is designed to be customised by the user, making the user experience as easy and personalised as possible.
Advantages
