The Xerox WorkCentre 3335 uses Xerox 106R03620 toner cartridges. Xerox 106R03620 toner comes in black; the black cartridge prints 2,600 pages.
This black and white multifunctional printer from Xerox offers printing, scanning, copying and faxing all from one machine at a great price point, and in one small package that makes it ideal for medium-sized businesses that don’t have any great need for colour printing. With its 1GHz processor, the Xerox WorkCentre 3335 produces very fast results, while its print resolution of 1,200 x 1,200dpi ensures great results every time.
The design of this printer is pretty standard and certainly nothing to get too excited about, although its off-white and dark grey colour palette means that it will fit in at almost any office anywhere. It also boasts a surprisingly compact design, with measurements of 16.33 x 16.57 x 17.67 inches and weight of 15.51kg ensuring it can be placed on a desktop or other work surface, which is important for smaller offices where space is at a premium. There’s also a 4.3-inch colour LCD touchscreen control panel, which allows you to intuitively move between functions easily and quickly.
The main advantage to the Xerox WorkCentre 3335 is its multi-functionality combined with its fast speed, which makes it a great all-round printer for offices where printing in colour is of no great importance. It comes with automatic duplex printing, including a 50-sheet automatic document feeder, which also helps to cut down on costs, and has a print speed of 35ppm, with a first print speed of 6.5 seconds. Added to all this, the Xerox WorkCentre 3335 has great connectivity, including Wi-Fi, and can be used in conjunction with your smartphone or tablet via various apps to print on the move.
The main disadvantage to the Xerox WorkCentre 3335 is that it’s monochrome only, so if you need to be able to print in colour, you’ll have to look elsewhere or consider a second printer. Mono only does however keep the initial cost plus the cost per page down so could be justified if mono print requirements are large enough.
