Offices needing a high-capacity all-in-one printer may opt for the Xerox WorkCentre 6505n. The Xerox 6505n colour laser printer also has the capability to fax, scan, and copy. Jobs are done rather quickly, and both print and scan outputs are superior. It also has excellent time saving features such as PC-free usage and PC fax. However, the Xerox WorkCentre 6505n has pricey toner cartridges.
Design
The Xerox WorkCentre 6505n multifunction printer weighs 62.6 lbs and has dimensions of 16.9 x 21.4 x 23 inches. It has a monthly duty cycle of 40,000 impressions. For connectivity, users have the option to either use the USB or Ethernet. The flatbed scanner is on top and features a cover with an automatic document feeder. The control panel is easy to use on the 6505n and comes complete with an LCD display.
Advantages
