The Xerox WorkCentre 7665 laser printer is ideal for organisations requiring high-volume output. Easy to use and flexible, it produces high-impact colour and excellent productivity rates. Providing fast copy and print speeds of up to 65 pages per minute in monochrome and 50 pages per minute in colour, it is a workhorse that can deal with large volumes with ease. It can also scan black and white documents at 80 pages per minute and colour at 50 pages per minute. This enables users to speedily scan, retrieve, store electronically and distribute work to the network, desktop or to email. The Xerox WorkCentre 7665 laser printer allows multiple users to perform different tasks at the same time. This includes tasks such as printing, scanning, copying, and transmitting faxes while simultaneously managing the queue.
Design
The Xerox WorkCentre 7665 has dimensions of 51.2 x 34.4 x 57.5 inches and weighs 295.42lbs. The first-copy-page-out time for black and white pages is 5.5 seconds, and for colour, it is 8.9 seconds.
Advantages
The Xerox WorkCentre 7665 is modular and upgradeable and offers scan to PC Desktop and PDF, and an impressive scan export compression (MRC, JBIG2), which reduces traffic and speeds up delivery. It can print on a range of speciality media and paper up to 110lbs, and it can accommodate custom sizes up to 13 x 19 inches. In addition, it has a large paper capacity of 3,260 sheets. A 2,000-sheet high-capacity feeder can be added to expand its functions even more.
Disadvantages
The Xerox WorkCentre 7665 is a flexible, upgradable multifunction printer that is suitable for offices that need regular printing. However, it is no longer produced and therefore will not have the most up-to-date features offered on more recent Xerox WorkCentre models.
