The Xerox WorkCentre 7675 is a multifunction printer designed to handle high-volume output in intensive office environments. Flexible and easy to use, it provides high-impact colour, adding extra versatility to its range. Users can simultaneously print, scan, copy and fax while managing the work queue, with output at 240 x 240 dpi colour resolution for high-quality impact and clarity. It also offers optional scanning workflows, which include Scan to PDF, Scan to PC Desktop, network file server, document management system, plus email and fax. The impressive scan export compression means that traffic on the network is reduced so that documents arrive more swiftly.

The Xerox WorkCentre 7675 has dimensions of 51.2 x 34.4 x 57.5 inches. Its minimum operating temperature is 50 °F with a maximum of 82.4 °F and a humidity range operating between 10% and 85%.
Advantages
The Xerox WorkCentre 7675 provides workplace features that are used every day. With fast copy and print speeds of up to 75 pages per minute for black and white documents and 50 pages per minute for colour, which enables productivity enhancement and therefore lower overall costs. It can scan black and white documents at 80 pages per minute, and colour at 50, enabling items to be speedily scanned, retrieved, stored and distributed to desktops, network or email. Its robust security features allow organisations to restrict access, ensure confidentiality and manage usage via Network Authentication, plus the Audit Log shows who sent what and when. Secure Print means that unauthorised viewing is restricted by holding jobs in a queue until a PIN is entered.
Disadvantages
The Xerox WorkCentre 7675 multifunction printer is a high-performance device, but it is no longer produced as new, so is not the most up to date of its kind on the market currently.
