The HP Colour LaserJet 5500 is a great laser printer that easily fulfils the needs of a small business or a home office that also requires speedy colour printing. This workgroup printer can create colour documents in speeds of up to 22 pages per minute and in a resolution of up to 600 dpi by 600 dpi. To create stunning colour documents, the HP 5500 toner printer uses HP ImageREt 2400 technology that will improve colour reproduction and create true-to-life colours.
Design
The HP 5500 has a simple design and is boxed in a white enclosure. This printer is heavy at a weight of a 60.01 kg and has dimensions of 57.65 cm in width, 70.35 cm in depth, and 64 cm in height. This makes its a bit bulky and needs a good amount of space to be situated on. It also has two media feeders that are separated into a 500 tray and a 100 sheet cassette. HP 5500 toner can also yield up to 13,000 pages and produces more pages than many other printers on the market.
