The HP Colour LaserJet CP3525X is an excellent printer for a small business that requires up to 30 pages per minute in print speed and would like to accomplish this in both colour and black & white. This colour laser printer can easily produce prints that have a resolution of up to 1,200 x 600 dpi. In addition, this printer uses HP ImageREt 3600 to reproduce colours and to enhance images. It also has a 515 MHz processor that handles information with the use of 512 MB of memory.
Design
The HP CP3525X is a bit bigger than most printers with dimensions of 51.30 cm in width, 49.02 cm in depth, and 52.07 cm in height. This printer is quite heavy to move around at a weight of 40.50 kg. To handle incoming prints, the HP CP3525x is equipped with a 250 sheet input tray that is accompanied by a 500 sheet tray as a backup. In addition, there is a 100 sheet multipurpose tray that is also included. The output tray is small in comparison and only holds 250 sheets of paper. The multipurpose tray on this printer can handle many different forms of media and include cards, transparencies, recycled paper, envelopes, plain paper, labels, and glossy paper. HP CP3525x toner is also manufactured to produce 5,000 pages per cartridge and high capacity HP CP3525X toner with 10,500 pages are available to reduce the need to constantly purchase refills.
