On time, Just what was needed

Following a message on Brother HL-3140W printer that the Waste Toner unit was nearly full, which had not occurred previously, I asked CS Customer Services for advice about the correct cartridge I should order. Following their advice I ordered the recommended cartridge, which was delivered next day as usual. This company is not just a retailer of consumables, their aim it is provide the best possible customer service available to their clients, which they achieve, far above that of every other company I deal with. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best.
