Bought Magenta 718 cartridge and it was mechanically making whining noise when inserted. I was ready to stop using recyclable cartridges as this was first time buying colour recyclable. But assistant sent out another unit and reminded me there was a 3yr warranty on all recyclable cartridges which in view of that have felt its a no-brainer not to stick with recyclables.
