Excellent service, after ordering the wrong cartridge for my Canon printer, I called the customer service department and explained the problem. After they identified the correct replacement, they immediately sent a new cartridge which arrived the next day. As I had opened the plastic bag of the cartridge that I had originally ordered, they did not require it to be returned but still refunded my payment. I would highly recommend Cartridge Save to supply cartridges to anyone who has a printer.
