Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

At 1.50pm on Friday 8th April I telephoned to report that the compatible Magenta cartridge in my Ricoh printer appeared to have fractured and that toner had been spilled into the inside of the printer. I was immediately offered a free replacement cartridge and was asked to let him know if the problem persisted. I thoroughly cleaned and 'hooved' my printer. The replacement cartridge was delivered to me on Saturday - the next day. I am very pleased to report that the printer appears to be working well and there is no residual magenta toner on the printed copies. I would like to thank Cartridge Save very much for your understanding and your excellent, efficient service.
