Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Cartridge came without the chip, so needed to contact customer service and another one was sent out. Not having a lot of luck with this company now.

Had a slight hiccup with the first cartridge but was sent a replacement immediately, arrived the next day, and worked perfectly. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend this company.
